Membership

　　(1) Adhere to the basic national conditions and policies of Thailand and China;

　　(2) No criminal or bad records, integrity and honesty;

　　(3) Founders/shareholders, Chairman, CEO/President, General Manager or Executives of the enterprises;

　　(4) Recognize the constitution of the Thailand-China Association for the Development & Promotion of Health Industry;

　　(5) Pay the membership dues of the Thailand-China Association for the Development & Promotion of Health Industry on time and in full;

　　Accession process

　　(1) Submit the application form for accession;

　　(2) Passed after discussion of the Secretariat of the Association and the President office meeting;

　　(3) Handle the registration procedures for accession;

　　(4) The Secretariat will issue the membership certificate.

　　For unit members, its legal representative or entrusted agent shall act as the registrant of the Association, and handle the registration procedures at the Secretariat of the Association; for individual members, they shall submit the copies of valid certificates proving their legal identity to handle the registration procedures.
